ORDER

Though the petitioner has come up with this Writ petition challenging the proceedings of the 4th respondent bearing No.30/PSWB/ CEO/2015 dated 13.11.2015, in and by which the respondents 5 to 8 were additionally appointed as members of the Management committee, however, the said appointment was only for a period of three years and the same got expired as early as 2018 and thereby, this Court is of the view that, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ petition. 2/4

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
