This application has been filed under Order XIV Rule 8 of the Madras High Court Original Side Rules read with Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, praying for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by three months with effect from 05.03.2024 i.e., till 05.06.2024 or any other reasonable time in the arbitration between the applicant and the respondent arising out of and in connection with the Concession Agreement dated 15.03.2024.

2. M/s.Keerthikiran Murali, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent and submits that he has filed vakalat vide SR.No.9849 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel submits that he has instructions to report that the respondent has no objection for allowing this application.
