(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.R.Udhaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Dr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.A.Edwin Prabhakar, learned State Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 3 to 6.
2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner can participate in the inquiry that is in progress, pursuant to the orders passed by this court in an earlier writ petition.
3. In view of the above, we are not inclined to pass any separate order in the writ petition.
4. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
