This petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.07.2015 within a stipulated time. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-State.

On the petitioner's complaint, a case in Crime No.213 of 2016 was registered on 03.07.2016 for offences under Section 447, 427,294(b) and 506(1) IPC against Keerthi. Again, the petitioner has given a second complaint on 10.07.2015 based on which, petition enquiry is being conducted in C.S.R. No.54 of 2015.
A reading of the petitioner's second complaint dated 10.07.2015 does not disclose even the date on which the opposite party is said to have threatened the petitioner that he will https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
kill him by mowing a lorry. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the first respondent police to register an F.I.R. In the result, this petition is closed.
