This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant special leave to the petitioner/complainant to appeal against the order of acquittal dated 03.01.2024 passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai in S.T.C.No.6/2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal as against the judgment made in S.T.C.No.6/2023 dated 03.01.2024.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case on 08.04.2024 for admission.
