ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on the file vide its No.Na.Ka.No.89811/2022/N1 dated 10.07.2023 within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after filing of this Writ Petition, the 3rd respondent has passed final order.

3. Since the 3rd respondent has already passed the final order, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

4. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.

5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law against the final order passed by the 3rd respondent, if so advised.
