Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 6th and 7th respondents not to act as and do their duties of the Chairman and Vice Chairman until the disposal of the enquiry of the Criminal Complaint given by the petitioners and further this Court may appoint Acting or temporary or any agent or men to act on behalf of the respondents. Otherwise, there would be a very serious miscarriage of Justice caused to the petitioner and other directors of the said Society. Under these circumstances, petitioner find no other efficacious and effective alternative remedy except to invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned counsel for the 5th respondent submits that the writ petition as against the 6th and 7th respondents has become infructuous. Mr.K.T.Devanderan is now officiating as the Chairman of the 6th respondent and one Mr.S.Pannerselvam is officiating as the Vice Chairman of the 7th respondent.
3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the 5th respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
