ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to call for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the circular dated 24.02.2026 bearing Ref.No.100579/E3/1/2025 in so far as the intra directorate transfer counselling to be held for Assistant Resident Medical Officer as the petitioner, who is working in the said post, has not sought for any transfer. 2.When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has subsequently attended the Intra directorate Transfer counselling and was not transferred and has been retained in the same post.
3.Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed. 10-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order AY 2/4
