ORDER

WMP. No.9243 of 2026 is ordered subject to the payment of separate court fee.

2.This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, which according to the petitioners is owned by them, based on their online applications dated 17.12.2025 and 18.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3.The petitioners had submitted their online applications dated 17.12.2025 and 18.12.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition. 4.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if they are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the respondents deem it fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:-

(a) Before surveying the lands in question, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other party, whom the first respondent deems it fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the second respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
