This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to register First Information Report based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner before the respondent in CSR No.470/2016 dated 18.06.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.06.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R. No.470 of 2016 and the same was closed on 25.06.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
