Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 to implement G.O.(Ms).No.11, Small Industries (SIA) Department dated 20.02.2007 in its letter and spirit and consequently prohibit and forbear 8th respondent from using coconut husk as raw material for burning in its bio-mass power plant.
