ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.Sathyanarayanan, J.] The petitioner is the husband of the detenue, namely Tmt.Manjuala and he married the detenue in the year 2000 and out of wedlock, they begot a male and a female children. The petitioner would state that his wife is missing from 07.02.2019 onwards and despite search made, he is unable to trace her and therefore, he lodged a complaint, based on which the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.114 of 2019 for "Woman Missing". The petitioner, being the husband, is concerned about the welfare, safety and well-being of the detenue and therefore, came forward with this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. The Habeas Corpus Petition was entertained on 15.03.2019. The matter is taken up today on account of the mention made by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for production of the detenue.
3. The second respondent has produced the detenue and on enquiry, she would state that on account of some misunderstanding, she left the matrimonial home and she is staying in her friend's house at Tiruppur and now she is willing to join with her husband/petitioner.
4. The petitioner, who is also present before this Court, would state that she is willing to take back his wife and undertakes that both of them will adjust each other for the interest and welfare of their future and family.
5. The detenue, being a major and wife of the petitioner and she is also willing to join with her husband, is set at liberty.
