ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation from the file of the 5th respondent to the 4th respondent pending in Crime No.75 of 2024 2.

It is seen from records that the FIR itself has been registered only on 29.02.2024. It is too early for this Court to consider the transfer petition. This Court expects the 5th respondent to carry on with the investigation effectively and file a final report or the closure report as the case may be before the concerned Jurisdicational Court as expeditiously as 2/6

possible. If the petitioner finds that the investigation is not proceeding satisfactorily, it is left open to the petitioner to revive this claim at a future point of time.
