This petition is filed to condone the delay of 354 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 08.03.2019 made in W.P.No.26369 of 2009.

2.Mr.P.Ganesan for M/s.C.S.Associates, learned Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent/writ petitioner.

3. Though the second respondent is served with notice, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.

4. Heard the learned Government Counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent has got no serious objection in allowing this petition.

5. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned Government Counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal and the list the same for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
