This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the notice dated 08.03.2024 issued by the respondent under Sections 91 and 160(1) Cr.P.C.

2. Heard Mr.T.Muruganantham, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] appearing for respondent.

3. The summon itself was issued to the petitioner based on the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1365 of 2024. Therefore, the petitioner has to appear and his statement must be recorded. There is no ground to interfere with the summon.

This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
