The grievances of the writ petitioner is that an attempt is made to formulate a road in a common private road.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents based on the written instructions given by the Block Development Officer, Veerapandi, made a submission that as per the field inspection report done by the Panchayat President, no Panchayat road has been laid in the said land and therefore, the writ petition is filed merely on the apprehension.
