ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 11.07.2013 in W.P. No. 42390 of 2002.
2. Ms.Madhuri Donti Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the 1/3
respondent brought to the notice of this Court a copy of the proceedings Proc.No.TNPCB/Per/P6/027168/2025 dated 29.07.2025 in compliance with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.42390 of 2002. In terms of the same, the petitioner is supposed to submit appropriate proposals and then pension will be released. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent is yet to release the monetary benefits and arrears of pension to the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent however assured that necessary amounts will be released on submission of the relevant proposals by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of submission of the proposals.
4. In the light of the above, duly recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt petition is closed.
