ORDER

The petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copies of decree in OS.No. 44 of 2018 on the file of Subordinate Court, Palladam.

2. The petitioner herein filed second appeal with a delay. Therefore, there is no scope for the petitioner to get any urgent interim order. In such circumstances, there is no urgency to dispense with the production of certified copy. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file certified copy of the decree in O.S.No.44 of 2018 on the file of Subordinate Court, Palladam before the Registry.
