O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records pertaining to the F.I.R in Crime.No.818 of 2017 pending on the file of the Periamet Police Station, Chennai and quash the same.

2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.

3. Both the learned counsel have identified the defacto complainant, who is present before this Court today. In order to identify the petitioners, they have submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards viz.,1.Sulthan Mohamed - 960693815335, 2.Faizal Kamaldeen - 947993563748 and de-facto complainant/ G.Parthasarathy - 563448757380 and after verification of the original, the same are recorded.

4. Today, an affidavit dated 09.02.2018 is filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in Crime No.818 of 2018 pending on the file of the Periamet Police Station, Chennai.

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime.No.818 of 2017 pending on the file of the Periamet Police Station, Chennai is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

6. The Affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant dated 09.02.2018 shall form part of the order. Enclose the xerox copy - affidavit filed dated 09.02.2018.
