Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner/tenant has submitted that the petitioner/tenant has vacated the premises and handed over the key to the respondent/landlord.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent/landlord also submits that the petitioner has vacated the premises and handed over the key.

3. The submission of counsel for both the parties is recorded. In view of vacating the premises and handing over the key by the petitioner, no further order is necessary in this Civil Revision Petition and the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
