Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 05.12.2024 to carry out UDR Patta Corrections for the lands in Survey Nos.448, 449 and 450/2 situated at Palayam Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District within a stipulated period.

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 05.12.2024.

2. Heard Mr.Krishnasamy Chinnasamy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 5.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 05.12.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law and final 2/4

orders shall be passed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties, notice shall be issued to them before passing final orders. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
