ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.477 of 2025 before the jurisdictional Court. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submitted

that the investigation in this case is almost completed and within a period of two months final report will be filed.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the first respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.477 of 2025 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This two months period is only an outer limit.
