PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 to 4 respondents to cancel the settlement vide Reg.Doc.No.1358 of 2011 of the petitioner house property R.S.No.160/1A/21 for this suit property and it is situated at Door.No.20, 1st Street, Sithandnda Nagar, Village no.39, Kuruvadikuppam Reveue Village, Uzyavarkarai Municipality, Puduchery District.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 to 4 respondents to cancel the settlement vide Reg.Doc.No.1358 of 2011 of the petitioner house property R.S.No.160/1A/21 for this suit property and it situated at Door.No.20, 1st Street, Sithandnda Nagar, Village no.39, Kuruvadikuppam Reveue Village, Uzyavarkarai Municipality, Puduchery District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
