Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police 1st and 15 of Month every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed on the peitioner by order of this Hon`ble Court on 30.11.2021 in Crl.M.P.No. 12405 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 19864 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.SUDHAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.
According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 30.11.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.12405 of 2021, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
shall appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
