By an order dated 12.06.2018, the contempt petition was closed, recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate that the submissions made by the petitioner herein were considered and orders had been passed. The said submissions made by the learned Government Pleader were recorded. Since the petition for representation of the petitioner was received from the Special Officer, C.M. Cell, and he was accordingly informed, he has also received the same.

2. In view of the above, a Sub Application has been filed to reopen the petition. However, I do not find any reason to reopen the petition, and hence, the objection raised by the Registry is sustained. 10.03.2025 nvi
