ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to dispose the F.C.O.P. No.209 of 2014 pending on the file of Family Court, Salem.

2. According to the petitioner, the Family Court, has examined the petitioner as PW1 and Petitioner's side evidence was concluded on 01.02.2017. But, the respondent's evidence is yet to be completed. The Trial has been posted from 24.08.2016 to 08.03.2017 for respondent side evidence. The respondent has not appeared for trial for several hearings. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court.

3. From the above said fact, on the request of the respondent, the Court below adjourned the case from time to time for several hearings for the evidence of the respondent. Therefore, in the interest of justice, the Court below is directed to dispose of the F.C.O.P. No.209 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No Costs.
