Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the Petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P. No.4430 of 2022 dated 23.02.2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4430 of 2022 dated 23.02.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and the condition imposed while granting the bail is relaxed in toto.
