Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 12.11.2024 and conduct proper enquiry and the enquiry reveals the truth as narrated by the petitioner and cancel the existing legal heir certificate the same may be monitor by the first and second respondents and grant a fresh legal heir certificate with inclusive of petitioner's name.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 12.11.2024.
2. Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, it is seen that the grievance of the petitioner is that one Ukkirapandiya died on 14.11.1997. The petitioner is also one of the legal heirs. However, in the 2/5
application made by respondents No. 6 to 13 herein, the legal heirship certificate that was issued does not contain the name of the petitioner. The petitioner has therefore filed the representation dated 12.11.2024.
3. It can be seen that, even as per G.O.(Ms).No. 110 dated 13.03.2024, if any particulars furnished by the parties are erroneous, it is always open to the Tahsildar to reconsider the issue and includee the name of the petitioner, if he is also one of the legal heirs.
4. In view thereof, the third respondent shall take up the representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2024 for enquiry. The third respondent shall issue notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 6 to 13 and thereafter shall pass orders in accordance with law. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy.
5. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 21.04.2025 nsl 3/5
