O R D E R
The petitioner is stated to be an allottee of plot No.629 LII at Kaalapatti Housing Board Planning Scheme in and by letter dated 17.7.1995. It is the specific case of the petitioner that though he has made substantial payment and ready to pay the remaining amount, the sale deed has not been executed. Thus, the petitioner made a representation dated 15.12.2015 in this regard and thereafter filed this writ petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5.
3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, a direction is hereby issued to the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 15.12.2015 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to submit another copy of the representation said to have been made by the petitioner on 15.12.2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by enclosing a copy of this order.
