(Cr.No.4 of 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP.NO. 2805/2022 dated 08.02.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2805 of 2022 dated 08.02.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
