ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the Crl.M.P.No.1764 of 2025 in Crl.MP.No.1331 of 2025 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai on 27.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials

available on record.

3. The petitioner was granted bail in Crl.MP.1331 of 2025 by an order dated 19.02.2025 by the Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai, on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a relaxation petition in Crl.M.P.No.1764 of 2025. The Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai, by an order dated 27.02.2025 dismissed the petition, since the petitioner had complied with the condition only for 4 days. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 27.02.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1764 of 2025 in Crl.MP.No.1331 of 2025, on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai, is hereby set aside and the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.1331 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025, on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai, is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when

required for interrogation.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
