The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 07.03.2018 made by the Petitioner for issuance of patta to his property situated at Survey No. 1/1H2E1, Old No. 71, New No. 209, Plot No. 81, Government Farm (Arasupannai), Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015.

The Second Respondent has filed status report dated30.07.2019 stating that enquiry has been fixed at 11.00 a.m. on 05.08.2019 for the aforesaid representation made by the Petitioner.

In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition without prejudice to the rights of the Petitioner to work out his remedy, if he is aggrieved by the outcome of any adverse https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

decision by the Respondents. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
