ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondent for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 23.06.2014 made in W.P.No.2853 of 2014, the petitioner has come https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ forward with this contempt petition.

2. When the contempt petition was taken up, the the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondent. He has also produced a Xerox copy of proceedings of the Commissioner, Mettur Municipality in Na.Ka.No.3707/C1/2014 dated 12.12.2014.

3. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
