Challenging the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his Proceedings in Na.Ka.5237/2005 SaPa dated 31.01.2007 and the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in CMA.No.38/2008 dated 01.12.2011 and to quash the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

When the matter is called, the learned Counsel on either side by producing a Compromise Memo dated 6.9.2017 signed by both the parties as well as the respective counsels, jointly submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre and recording the same, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
