Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.4332 of 2022 dated 22.02.2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.4332 of 2022 dated 22.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
