CRIME NO. 587/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for until further orders in Crl.OP.No.33241/2019 order dated 11.12.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.33241 of 2019, dated 11.12.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, dated, 11.12.2019.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.33241 of 2019, dated 11.12.2019 is modified to the effect that "the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
