[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to grant parole for a period of 45 days to the petitioner's husband T.Ahamed Basha @ Neethinathan, S/o.Thiyagarajan, aged about years (C.T.No.7577) Life Convict Prisoner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.In view of the earlier order dated 06.08.2019 passed by this Court in H.C.P.No.1522 of 2019, extending the parole granted to the convict, no further orders are required in this habeas corpus petition and the same stands closed.
