ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.22265 of 2021 dated 21.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order has been complied by the respondent vide communication dated 05.09.2023 bearing Letter No.16301/MP.2/2021-12. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
