... Respondents Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for committing

contempt of Court for wilful disobedience of orders of this Court in W.P.No.4118 of 2020 dated 05.08.2020 and to direct the respondents to pay exemplary costs for such disobedience.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 05.08.2020, passed by this Court in W.P.No.4118 of 2020, thereby directed the respondents to settle the balance amount with interest as per the fixed deposit receipts, after deducting the payments which were made already, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents settled the entire balance amount along with interest to the tune of Rs.27,49,524/- and the same was credited to the first petitioner's bank account. He also produced a communication dated 19.07.2025, sent by the second respondent before this Court.
