ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition in para no.7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32663 of 2024 dated 10.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instruction, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court vide its order dated 10.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32663 of 2024.

3. In view of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.32663 of 2024 dated 10.02.2025 is relaxed.
