O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order and decretal order dated 30.11.2015 in I.A.No.1237 of 2014 in O.S.No.124 of 2014 passed by the Additional District Munsif Court, Alandur. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the main suit itself disposed of by the court below. Therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition. He would further submit that the 1st respondent died and he sought liberty to the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent, to approach the Court below to implead them as party in O.S.No.124 of 2014.

3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed, however, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the court below, to implead the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent as party in O.S.No.124 of 2014. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
