The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 379 (N.P.) of IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of SC & ST Act, seeks a direction to the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, (P.C.R.) Court, Thanjavur, to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day in connection with Cr.No.3/2016 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, (P.C.R.) Court, Thanjavur, there shall be a direction to the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, (P.C.R.) Court, Thanjavur, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court and pass appropriate orders, strictly on merits.

4. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
