ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 4(b) imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1263 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation has been completed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition 4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1263 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police twice a month i.e., on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders .
