Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to reinstatement the petitioners herein in service so as to enable the regularisation of their services and to regularise the services of the petitioners with effect from the date of completion of three years of service in the light of orders issued in Govt.
