Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a WRIT OF Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to impugned order dated 04-01-2017 in Na.Ka.No.3179/Aa1/2015 of the 1st respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to conduct proper investigation in accordance with Circular 67 dated 03.11.2011 in C.No.52338/C1/2011 issued by the Inspector General of Registration and dispose of the matter to the earliest, consequently cancelled the settlement deed bearing Doc.No.1367 of 2016 dated 26.08.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2016.
