Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to to modify the conditional order dated 20.12.2018 passed in CMP.No.23138/2018 in CMA No.3054/2018 (in CMP.6739/19 in CMA.NO.3003/18) and;

(ii) to modify the conditional order dated 20.12.2018 passed in CMP.No.23128/2018 in CMA No.3053/2018 (in CMP.6742/19) in CMA.NO.3053/18) respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of M/S.M.ARUNACHALAM Advocate for 1st respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court finds no merit or justification to modify the conditional order dated 20.12.2018 passed in CMP.Nos.23128 & 23138 of 2018 in CMA.Nos.3053 & 3054 of 2018. Therefore, these miscellaneous petitions are dismissed. The petitioner/appellant is granted a day's time to comply with the order passed by this Court.
