(CR.NO. 575 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30a.m until further orders imposed to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 22804 of 2021 dated 30.11.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.C.VISHWANTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22804 of 2021, dated 30.11.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation completed and charge sheet filed.

3. Considering the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22804 of 2021 dated 30.11.2021 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, stands relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
