O R D E R

The Transfer C.M.P. has been filed to transfer the H.M.O.P. No.286 of 2018 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ponneri to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is living at the mercy of her parents and after delivering the child, the petitioner has developed problem in her spinal cord and due to the same, she is unable to move freely without others help. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, due to the said health problem, the petitioner's doctor advised her not to travel long distance. Since the distance between Coimbatore and Ponneri is more than 500 kms., she has to travel more than 500 kms., which is not medically advisable, to attend the Court hearings. 3.At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the respondent requested this Court to fix a time limit for disposal of the case at an early date.

4.With the consent of both parties, the H.M.O.P. No.286 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Ponneri is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

5.As the child is under the custody of the petitioner, the Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the said H.M.O.P. within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P. No.6925 of 2019 is closed.
