O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the case in H.M.O.P. No.262 of 2016 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram, to dispose of within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has filed the present revision petition for limited prayer to dispose of the H.M.O.P. No.262 of 2016 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram, within time frame. According to the petitioner, the Tr.C.M.P No.502 of 2016 has been filed by the http://www.judis.nic.in

D.KRISHNAKUMAR.J, lbm respondent before this Court, to transfer the H.M.O.P. No.262 of 2016 from the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore. The same was dismissed on 29.06.2017. Thereafter, this case was posted for cross-examination of PW1 on 07.12.2017. At this stage, the present Civil revision petition is filed. Already the matter is pending from 2016 and the respondent is likely to be drag on the case.

3. Taking into consideration of the said fact, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub-Court, Tambaram, to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.262 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No Costs.
