The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/complainant to prosecute the above Criminal appeal before this Court against the order dated 05.08.2023 made in S.T.C.No.1956 of 2021 on the file of the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case on 16.08.2024 for admission.
